Nintendo Direct: Check out all the cool new games coming to Switch 2, with a special Hyrule trailer surprise!

During a recent Nintendo Direct livestream on July 31, Nintendo revealed a variety of upcoming games for the Switch 2, as well as some titles for the Switch 1. The event showcased games from Nintendo’s partners, including Sega, Ubisoft, and EA Sports.

One of the highlights of the event was the announcement of a new trailer for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment. This highly anticipated game is set in Hyrule and explores the events leading up to the game Tears of the Kingdom. Nintendo stated that the game will be released sometime in the winter, with more details to be revealed later.

During the livestream, Nintendo showcased over a dozen games that will soon be available on the Switch 2, Switch 1, or both consoles. These games include remakes of beloved titles like Yakuza Kiwami and titles that have already been released for other platforms like Star Wars Outlaws.
