Dive into the World of Google Deepmind’s AI Video Generator Veo 2
Google Unveils Next-Generation AI Tools
Google Deepmind has introduced its latest AI tools, Veo 2 and Imagen 3, alongside a new experimental tool called Whisk. Veo 2, an upgraded version of the company’s video-generation tool, promises higher realism and a better understanding of movement, physics, and cinematic techniques. It can generate 4K videos and handle complex prompts with ease, delivering stylistic choices like “low-angle tracking shots” and “shallow depth of field.” Imagen 3, released in August, offers improvements in textures, colors, and art styles, now adhering more closely to user inputs.
Introducing Whisk: The Creative Image Remixing Tool
One of the most exciting additions is Whisk, a tool that allows users to remix images creatively. By leveraging Google’s Imagen 3 and Gemini models, Whisk can transform rough image concepts into digital artworks, such as “plushies or enamel pins,” while automatically generating descriptive captions. Veo 2 is currently being integrated into Google’s VideoFX, Imagen 3 is available in over 100 countries through ImageFX, and Whisk is now live for users in the U.S.
