If you have an old(er) Samsung Galaxy device, your next big software update is just a couple of weeks away. Samsung confirmed that the One UI 7 update will start rolling out to pre-Galaxy S25 generations of smart devices on April 7.

New Features and Enhancements

The update will bring the older devices up to speed with the Galaxy S25 series by streamlining the home screen, adding AI features, and making Google Gemini the default voice assistant. Other new features include AI Select, Writing Assist, Drawing Assist, and Audio Eraser.
